Job Description:

1)  is responsible for independently implementing and executing MTM consulting tasks;

2)  is responsible for develop customers with teams by providing professional MTM solutions;

3)  support the promotion of the TiCon and emaWD solutions;

4)  continue improvement, design optimization and standardization etc. solution with MTM tools and skills for customers;

5)  other tasks assigned by department lead.

Qualifications:

1)  Familiarity with MTM. One of MTM-1®Base / MTM-1® / MTM-UAS® qualification is preferred.

2)  Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering curriculum required.

3)  3+Years work experience in IE/Planning engineering project.

4)  Automotive project experience is preferred, cross functional department working experience is preferred.

5)  Target orientation and work with plans, possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail.

6)  Good communication skill with clients, team members and management. Fluent speaking English is preferred.

7)  Fluency in usage of writing English.
8)  Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Power point, Project).

职位描述:

1)  协助配合完成各项会议活动及日常运营所需的海报长图制作、图片美化精修及创意性设计工作，包括H5页面设计、UI界面设计等；

2)  根据市场运营需求，协助完成短视频制作、剪辑等工作，包括字幕、图片、音效等各种素材的有效处理；

3)  配合进行企业营销推广平台的相关设计，包括公司公众号、视频号、官方网站等;

4)  协助完成各种项目的线下物料设计需求，包括宣传册，单页，易拉宝等；

5)  公司领导布置的其他相关工作。

资质要求:

1)  熟练使用 Illustrator / Photoshop / Adobe Premiere / After Effect / 剪映等图片和视频编辑软件；

2)  能够使用秀米进行公众号文章排版编辑；

3)  影视制作相关、视觉传达设计、印刷品设计、平面设计、数字媒体、广告等专业背景的优先录取（敬请附上近期作品）；

4)  有热诚、好学的态度；

5)  乐观、开朗、负责、沟通能力良好，正面积极，乐于接受新事物及挑战；

6)  具有创新、分析、独立解决问题的能力；

7)  具备良好的视觉审美和创意思路，对视频及图片的画面、色彩、结构、节奏、创意等有较好的把握；
8)  熟悉Office应用，包括PPT、Excel、Word等.
